The FIRST STAGE stands out from the range of Cressi balanced diaphragm regulators because the mechanism is arranged on an axis perpendicular to the axis of air entry, creating a “T”" shape. The advantages of this particular design include better arrangement of the hoses and less space occupied (especially in SC version for COLD WATER).

What’s more, this makes it remarkably easy to inspect and access the mechanism to improve maintenance and calibration operations, it uses a larger, high-efficiency conical filter, and the valves are arranged more easily on the tank. The METAL BODY is protected on the surface by a special treatment called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), exceptionally resilient to the mechanical and chemical wear caused by dives.

The new ultra simplified monocoque of the SECOND STAGE in ABS + elastomer + STAINLESS STEEL is quite small (6 cm in diameter), very light (153 g) and robust, designed and built to have a minimum number of components. It is a smart buy due to its combination of performance, RELIABILITY, price and cost of maintenance.

It is perfect for uses requiring maximum reliability and as a travel regulator, given its LIGHTNESS. In this Pro version, the body of the integrated 2nd stage incorporates particles to improve thermal conductivity and to prevent freezing in cold environments.

2nd STAGE XS COMPACT PRO

New ultrasimplified second stage monocoque in ABS + elastomer + STAINLESS STEEL, very small size (6 cm in diameter), very light (153 g) with a mechanism and construction studied to obtain the minimum number of components and great robustness. It is an intelligent purchase option for its combination of performance-reliability-price-maintenance cost, ideal for uses that require maximum reliability and also as a travel regulator given its lightness.

In the Pro version, the body material of the 2nd stage integrates particles in its composition to improve thermal conductivity and prevent freezing in icy environments. CE homologation for use in cold water (> 4º) EN250 / 2000.

The specific calibration of the inhalation mechanism slightly changes the personality of the delivery of the air with respect to the Ellipse series, to reward, above the exquisite touch and sensitivity of these models, an abundant flow without the need to exploit the Venturi effect. This feature provides a low tendency to continuous flow on the surface or during the placement of the equipment in the water, ideal for schools and rental, octopus and double regulator. The benefits results place it, nevertheless, above regulators considered of higher range.

The flow of water begins to push the membrane counterclockwise so that its retraction occurs perfectly flat and the cam decreases progressively and in perfect perpendicular, regardless of the conditions (current, sudden movements, any position of the face, etc.) .

The design of the membrane retention system directs the 100% flow directed towards the nozzles of the mustache, benefiting from a powerful Venturi effect that also helps direct the bubbles away from the diver's field of vision. Purge button, practically integral, greater between 80% and 400% compared to any other regulator on the market to facilitate the purge maneuver, especially in inexperienced divers.

System of assembly of the cover by means of bayonet rotation of 30º, assures a very simple and safe assembly-disassembly, even to carry out tasks of cleaning of sand on the beach and without need of tools.

Aging due to reduced use thanks to the finish of the casing, the result of applying a new technology in the mold that achieves a nuanced appearance based on a microtexture of rounded profiles.

1st STAGE T10 SC CROMO (Chrome)

1st stage with T overcompensated membrane, very modern but, at the same time, simple maintenance and very robust and reliable.

The thicknesses of the body walls have been optimized to minimize their weight (380 g). A satin Chrome coating protects the 1st stage of bumps and erosions.

The configuration in T allows a greater integration of the first stage in the profile of the faucet and, therefore, greater freedom of movement of the head of the diver. The mechanism works transversely to the air inlet and the possible filtration of particles coming from the bottle that manage to pass the filter does not impact directly on the valve.

The HP seat has been made of AISI316 stainless steel. In addition to the possibility of replacement in case of deterioration when performing maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of fixed seats, prolongs its useful life as it better resists the deforming action of metallic particles that can be introduced coming from the bottle.

Valve of polyurethane of high mechanical resistance, to the oils and to the hyperoxic mixtures.

The hypercompensation of the mechanism ensures a slight increase in the intermediate pressure as the pressure in the bottle decreases. The regulator supplies, therefore, its maximum level of performance in the final phase of the dive, without a doubt the most critical one.

An advanced study of the internal circulation of the air and an exclusive distribution chamber that channels the volume of air directly to the LP outlets have allowed to reduce to minimum levels the pressure drop in forced breaths (0.5 bar), guaranteeing a use with high performance in any situation.

The T10 optionally has an SC (Sealed Chamber) insulation and antifreeze kit that completely isolates the membrane and the spring from contact with water, making it ideal for operating in conditions of extremely low temperature and very dirty water.

Especially effective filter with the shape of a hat inserted without the need for a circlip. Effective filtering surface of 280 mm2 thanks to the development of its particular design.

2 HP outputs and 4 LP outputs

It is supplied in INT version (abutment) and DIN 300 bar. The thread of the DIN version has been made of stainless steel instead of brass to guarantee greater resistance in case of falls or blows.
