The radio is easy to install and use. The plug and play kit allows you to use NMEA 2000 radio connections with compatible Garmin multifunctional navigation plotters and compatible plotters. D-selective (DSC) Class D calling functions are also supported (call and emergency call signals connected via a user-programmed MMSI number). The VHF 110i has factory-integrated international marine channels, including a bi-directional public address system and is compatible with NMEA 0183 communication protocol. Channel programming can be variable by product sellers. It is also compatible with NMEA 0183.
