After diving:

  • Rinse the flashlight with fresh water
  • Dry
  • Regularly remove dirt
  • Wipe the flashlight glass with a soft, damp cloth, do not use alcohol-based detergents (they cause dulling and cracking of the glass surface)
  • Periodically check the condition of the o-rings, worn or damaged replace them (the o-rings on the flashlight body are 23 x 2)
  • Periodically check the condition of the threads, lubricate with silicone grease or silicone grease with Teflon, which makes it easier to turn on the flashlight and reduces the wear of o-rings
  • Periodically unscrew the flashlight to let out the gas accumulated inside - batteries emit gas, which can lead to an increase in pressure inside the flashlight and damage it; Remove batteries when storing for a long time
  • Beware of mechanical damage, especially causing distortion of the flashlight head - distortion can be the reason for unsealing
