Thanks to the corrosion-resistant base frame made from stainless steel, the OCEANUS is the ideal compressor even for tropical climates. It is used on ships, submersibles and expeditions, and is also suitable for use as a paintball compressor, sport shooting compressor or mobile fire service compressor. A generous oil reserve in the crankcase and the powerful oil pump mean that operation is also possible even at very oblique angles up to 30° (up to 20° in the petrol version). The OCEANUS delivers an impressive output of 140 l/min with a compact design — making it up to 40% faster than the JUNIOR II. Thanks to improved cooling and a new belt guard, the filter service life is significantly extended. The corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel frame makes it especially durable, even in tropical or maritime environments. Mobile, powerful, and well protected, the OCEANUS is perfectly suited for dive boats, expeditions, fire services, or paintball. Despite its robust build, it remains compact enough to fit easily into a car boot.

Compressor block

Our compressor blocks are based on decades of experience and development. An efficient air cooling system with large coolers and finned cylinders ensures optimal cooling. Robust industrial roller bearings, pressure lubrication, and fine oil filters minimize wear. Dynamically balanced drive units ensure smooth operation and long maintenance intervals.

P 21 filter system

The integrated P 21 filter system with oil and water separator as well as pressure-retaining non-return valve ensures reliable breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021¹ when using original BAUER filter cartridges. A type-tested, sealed final pressure safety valve ensures maximum operational safety. The processable air volume is 140 m³.

B-TIMER filter cartridge monitoring

The unique B-TIMER minicomputer displays the operating hours and the current filter cartridge saturation in real time. A prominent blinking signal indicates when a cartridge change is due – including the corresponding order number. This ensures the filter capacity can always be used optimally.

Stainless steel base frame and carrying handle

The stainless steel design provides optimal protection against corrosion and is ideal for use in tropical climates as well as on ships.

Filling device

The filling device consists of a flexible "UNIMAM" high-pressure filling hose and a filling valve with a final pressure gauge. The gauge allows easy reading of the filling pressure and is reliably protected against damage by a robust rubber coating.

Filling hose

The high-quality UNIMAM high-pressure filling hoses are made of food-grade, durable material and provide maximum flexibility during handling. Swiveling hose connections allow for quick, easy, and safe connection of the filling valve to the breathing air cylinder.
