DTD's reels were created by technical divers for technical divers. Made of delrin, they are very durable and easy to use. Thanks to the thoughtful design, even with thick gloves we can easily use them. Each reel comes with a double snap hook made of acid-resistant steel. The line used for these reels is specially reinforced with an aramid core.

Features:

• Reel with a classic shape, made of durable delrin.
• Delrin is increasingly used in the manufacture of diving equipment due to its tensile properties, mechanical strength and minimal soakability.
• Compared to a standard aluminum reel, there is no problem with any corrosion.
• Reel axle is made of stainless steel.
• Shape and construction are designed for very easy line unwinding both while swimming and hulking.
• Reeling speed can be adjusted by pressing a finger against the reel collar.
• Reel can be used with both hands, which is very useful when ice diving when your hands are cold.
• Reel can hold up to 60 meters of 2 mm fishing line.
• Line is braided from PES fibers with an aramid core. Aramid-core fibers are strong and do not elongate.
